However, HRD has faced inadequate attention which has become a hindrance in achieving socio economic goals .&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Body\"><\/span>Body&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"REASONS_FOR_HRD_INADEQUACY\"><\/span>REASONS FOR HRD INADEQUACY:&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Limited Finance and Investments as India\u2019s Investment in Education is 2.9% of GDP as against target of 6%.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Deficiency of Basic Healthcare and Awareness.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Lack of skilled workforce reduces the efficiency and increases the time involved for its completion.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Lack of Core and Heavy Assets of large Industries and infrastructures.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Politically driven Agendas which disappear once elections are completed .&nbsp;<\/li><li>Lack of Security and Insurance of the workforce provides no expectation of promotion or enhancement of living conditions.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"MEASURES_TO_ADDRESS_THESE_INADEQUACIES\"><\/span>MEASURES TO ADDRESS THESE INADEQUACIES&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Higher GDP Spending wrt Education and reaching the target of 6% of GDP envisaged in National Educational Policy (NEP).&nbsp;<\/li><li>Skilled Workforce to enhance efficiency and reduce time involved.
