The rugged terrain and the convergence of monsoonal moisture were contributing factors to this cloudburst event.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Ladakh Cloudburst (2021):<\/strong> In July 2021, the Union Territory of Ladakh, located in the Himalayas, experienced a cloudburst.
