India is a highly informal economy, a large section of the labor force is without access to social security and welfare schemes. Labour force participation of women is as per 2011 census is 26%. women would be empowered if more women related schemes such as Sukanya Samridhi yojana, Janani Suraksha yojana were implemented.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Appropriate employment has a huge equalizing effect and aids in growth and development. Careless and useless deployment of manpower has inhibited the individuals as well as the Indian economy from realizing its true growth potential.
