Every State has the right to establish the breadth of its territorial sea up to a limit not exceeding 12 nautical miles, measured from baselines determined in accordance with this Convention.<\/li><li><strong>Statement 2 is correct:<\/strong> According to Article 17 under section 3 of United Nations Conventions (UNCLOS) ships of all States, whether coastal or land-locked, enjoy the rights of innocent passage through the territorial sea.<\/li><li><strong>Statement 3 is correct: <\/strong>The 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) defines an Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).
