It makes the UK\u2019s Parliament the supreme legal authority that can create or end any law. Therefore, the UK constitution is often described as \u2018partly written and wholly uncodified\u2019. (Uncodified means that the UK does not have a single, written constitution.)<\/li><li><strong>Statement 2 is incorrect:<\/strong> The Forty-second Amendment Act, 1976, curtails both directly and indirectly, the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court and the High Courts to review the constitutionality of laws.
