Many citizens still live in poverty, lacking access to basic necessities.<\/li><li><strong>Political Dynasties:<\/strong> The dominance of political dynasties and the influence of money in politics limit the representation of diverse voices and can obstruct substantive democracy.<\/li><li><strong>Lack of Effective Local Governance: <\/strong>Grassroots governance structures often lack the power and resources to address the needs of citizens effectively.
