This convention does not cover the aspect of Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air&#8217;.<\/li><li>Statement 2 is correct: The United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) is the only legally binding universal anti-corruption instrument. The Convention covers many different forms of corruption, such as bribery, trading in influence, abuse of functions, and various acts of corruption in the private sector.<\/li><li>Statement 3 is not correct: The General assembly adopted the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and two of its supplementary Protocols namely: The Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children and the Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Air and Sea.
