Person who suffers from venereal disease, even prior to the marriage cannot be said to have any right to marry so long as he is not fully cured of the disease. In 2018, the Supreme Court in Hadiya Marriage case has held that the Right to Marry a person of one\u2019s choice is integral to<\/li><li>Article 21 (Right to Life and Liberty) of the Constitution.
