Buddha, after his 41 days of contemplation under the Boddhi Tree, realized that life itself is a form of suffering<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n It is widely understood that happiness can be worked for – can be earned or achieved. But there lies a problem – Happiness isn\u2019t an equation to solve. Dissatisfaction is an inherent part of humans, & hence important to create consistent happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We suffer – because suffering is useful. It is nature\u2019s way of inspiring change.
