These areas outside the city begin to grow and develop as urban areas over time.<\/li><li>Sub-urbanization means the urbanization of rural areas around the cities characterized by the following features:<ul><li>A sharp increase in the \u2018urban (non-agricultural) uses\u2019 of land,<\/li><li>Inclusion of surrounding areas of towns within its municipal limits, and<\/li><li>Intensive communication of all types between town and its surrounding areas.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There are several factors which leads to the process of Sub-urbanisation such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>High cost of living in over-urbanized area.<\/li><li>Development of transport facilities around the horizons of over urbanized area,<\/li><li>New Work culture that does not necessitate physical presence on every day.<\/li><li>inclusion of surrounding areas of towns within its municipal limits.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Delhi is a typical example; wherein all the above-mentioned factors have led to the development of a sub-urbanized area. E.g.
