The UPSC civil services examination stands out as one of the most challenging tests in India, with thousands of aspirants vying for success, often making multiple attempts without success. However, there are individuals who have managed to crack this formidable exam not just once, but multiple times. Many pursue it relentlessly with the aim of attaining the prestigious Indian Administrative Services (IAS) position. One such remarkable individual is PK Sidharth Ramkumar, hailing from Kerala, who achieved an impressive All-India Rank (AIR) 4 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2023, emerging as the top scorer from his state. Remarkably, this achievement came on his fourth attempt, showcasing his determination and perseverance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is undergoing IPS training in Hyderabad. In the civil services exam of 2022, he achieved a rank of 121. Before joining IPS, he was a part of the Indian Telecommunication Service. Despite advancing his rank last year, he remained committed to IPS. He graduated in Architecture from Kerala University in August 2019. His initial attempt at the UPSC during his final year of graduation did not yield success in clearing the prelims. The announcement of the prestigious civil services exam results in 2023 brought a delightful surprise to his family on Tuesday (April 16). Not only did their son secure the fourth rank, but they were unaware of his participation in the test and interview. His father, Ramkumar, is a retired school principal, while his mother is a homemaker. His brother, Adarsh, practices law in the High Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
