The application form is to start filling from 15 January 2022 up to 15 February until further notice. The mode of application is online. 

Here is how you can fill the application form:

1.  Open the official website of ESIC (https://www.esic.nic.in/).
2.  Click on the "Recruitment"
3.  There click on the "Post as per your desire" button. After that, you will be redirected to the registration form that you have to fill. 
4.  You will receive an OTP on your mobile number filled in the form. That OTP will validate your registration.
5.  After this, you need to fill your Application form and upload the concerned documents.
6.  After uploading all the documents, make payment of application fees.
7.  After payment of application fees, download and print your application form.

As for the admit card, you can download the admit card from the official website after logging in. These bodies issue the admit card 10 - 15 days before the examination. 

The procedure to follow for issuing admit cards:

1.  Go to the official website of ESIC.
2.  Click on the 'login" button.
3.  Login via the email, phone number and password you used to register.
4.  Check the link to your desired post.
5.  Click the option "download".
6.  The website will display the admit card.
7.  Download it and print it.
