Male candidates presently having more than one wife cannot give the exam.
Female candidates building relationships with a married man cannot get this job.
Candidates claiming age relaxation or reservations in more than one category can get only one concession.
The candidate's minimum age varies from 18-21 years but shouldn't be more than 40 years as of 01 January 2022.

Age criteria may vary from one post to another for MPPSC exam, such as:

Assistant Superintendent post - 18 to 30 years.
Transportation sub-inspector post - 21 to 35 years.
Superintendent of the police post - 20 to 45 years.
For other posts, candidates' age limit is 21 to 40 years.

The candidates' Physical Measurements/Fitness is part of the consideration for a few posts before the exam. Also, there's a need for a medical test for selection and post-interview for getting a job.
