Exam Pattern

You will take the NTPC written test in 2 stages, those are

Computer Based Test (CBT)-1
Computer Based Test (CBT)-2

CBT-1

0.25 Marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
No deduction for leaving a question unanswered.
For PWD candidates, the exam duration is 120 Minutes.

CBT-1 will shortlist candidates for 2nd stage CBT as per their merit.

CBT-2

1/3 of the marks assigned to each question are deducted for every wrong answer
Normalization of marks is done.
The question's level of difficulty varies depending on the levels of posts.
