The application process is elementary and can be done online with important documents. A step by step guide is given below to apply for the MTS examination.

• Visit the official site of SSC (http://ssc.nic.in), register yourself on the website.
• Via OTP, verify your Mobile Number and your Email ID.
• For completing your registration process, your Aadhaar Number is required. 
• If you don't have Aadhaar Card, you can provide the details of any of the following: 
• Voter ID Card
• PAN
• School/ College ID
• Driving License
• Passport
• Employer ID (Govt./ PSU/ Private)
• Then fill in your details, such as Your Name, Date of Birth, Father's name, 10th Class Enrolment Number, Education board, year of passing etc., as per your 10th Class Certificate.
• Ensure you provide a valid email address, as it will act as your login detail.
• After you submit the details mentioned above, the commission will send the Registration ID and Password.
• Next, you need to submit further details such as Category, Nationality, visible Identification Mark & information if there are any disabilities.
• Submit your Permanent and Present Address details
• Upload your passport size photo and a copy of your Signature as per the dimensions mentioned
• If you haven't provided your Aadhar details, please provide a scanned Left-hand Thumb Impression in JPEG format.
• Please note that the board will reject blurred images. 
• Once you complete the submission of the above details, click on Final Submit.
• OTPs will be sent to your mobile number & Email ID.
• Enter that OTP for completing the final process
• You can edit your basic details only once, carefully read before submitting.
