Application process



Application for UPPSC online form can be filled through the website.

The application form is divided into two parts: 

  1. 1. Registration page, in which the applicants need to provide their valid email Id, phone number, name and address, etc. 

  1. 2. Pay the application fee and then upload a photograph, signature and fill the rest. 


Candidate Basic Registration Form 

Type of Recruitment, Name, Father's/husband's name, UP Domicile, Category/Sub, Gender, Date of Birth, Marital status, Contact details, Email-Id, Qualification details, and other relevant information, category. 


Fee Payment 

In order to pay the fees, you have to log in and enter: 

  • Registration No. 

  • Gender 

  • Date of Birth 


Submit Application Form Page 

After clicking on "Submit Application Form", you will be directed to the second page for: 

  1. Registration Number of candidates 

  1. Details of application fees 

  1. Scanned photograph and signature 

  1. Personal details that you filled in during the registration process. 

  1. After filling in all the details, click on the submit button & you will be moved to the next page, where you will have to fill in the rest of the information to complete the form submission. 


Photograph and Signature 

The applicant is required to upload a recent colour photograph and signature specimen. 

Images have to be only in (*.jpe, *.jpeg, *.jpg, *.png) format of size not exceeding 20 KB each, and the candidate should scan his signature, which has been put on white paper using Black Ink. 



There is a 'Declaration' for the candidates at the top of the page. Candidates should go through the contents of the Declaration carefully. The candidate can either agree or disagree with the contents of the Declaration by clicking on the 'I Agree' or 'I do not agree' buttons. 



After completely filling the application form, you can preview your details before the final submission of the application form. Click on the "Preview" button, and the preview page will show you all the details that you have filled in the application form. After rechecking all the details, candidates click on the final submission and print that form. Print the page for further issues.

UPPSC 2021 Application Form Fee Payment 

The next step of the application process is the fee payment. To pay the fees, applicants will have to click on the 'Fee deposition/reconciliation' link. After filling in the required details, as the next step, candidates must click on the "Click here to proceed to payment "option. 


Payment modes: There are three payment options: (i) NET BANKING, (ii) CARD PAYMENTS, and (iii) OTHER PAYMENT MODES. (For Candidates who do not have net banking or card).  


Receipt: After the payment procedure, "Payment Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR)" will be given to you. The candidate can take the print of the receipt "Print Payment Receipt."
