What makes us say that Happiness is about Problems?
Buddha, after his 41 days of contemplation under the Boddhi Tree, realized that life itself is a form of suffering.
It is widely understood that happiness can be worked for – can be earned or achieved. But there lies a problem – Happiness isn’t an equation to solve. Dissatisfaction is an inherent part of humans, & hence important to create consistent happiness.
We suffer – because suffering is useful. It is nature’s way of inspiring change. Only the mildly dissatisfied creatures innovate, survive, build, & conquer.
Pain isn’t a bug in human evolution – but rather a feature.
