About the Event

Geography as an optional has been Topper’s favourite. The major reason UPSC aspirants think of considering Geography as an optional, is due to the overlap that it has with General Studies Paper 1 & 3.

But does it mean, the way you study for Geography optional is just an advanced version of what you read in GS Geography?

The answer is NO. “Maximizing marks in Geography Optional” is an activity-based workshop, where we would tell you about the exact approach towards Geography optional, how maximizing marks in Geography optional is a more structured & approach-based process rather than mere mugging the facts with shallow surface analysis.

The intend of this workshop is to make you realize that the way we study for the optional requires some amends. The focus should be on not only sourcing tricky topics, but to be able to do answer writing on the same in a structured manner.
